Some quilt kits or specialty items may also be excluded. Unless otherwise stated, all promotional and sale pricing applies only to regularly priced, in-stock, tangible items. Classes, clubs, and workshops, as well as all consignment items and shipping fees are excluded.
The balance of your order will be shipped when product is available, and you will be notified by email. We ship partial orders when any order item is delayed. Shipments may be sent by alternate carriers, but only if delivery date is on or before shipping method selected. Notification with tracking information is emailed upon shipment. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, within three business days. Please call 54 or message us for a return authorization number before any item is returned by mail. Please Note: There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned kits. We do not accept returns for cut fabric, books, or patterns. We will gladly give store credit or exchange for most unopened/unused merchandise, with the receipt, within 30 days of the purchase. The coupon is good for a single use only.
